Laura practices her holistic health consulting and natural chef services with a variety of clientele- from athletes, busy professionals, to those with severe food allergies and health conditions. she strongly supports and integrates in her practice Acid/Alkaline Balance Theory, Ayurvedic Tradition, Raw Food Detoxyfying, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Juice Cleansing. 

Laura practices out of Vincera Institute in the Navy Yard at Building 489. In addition to her consulting, she runs a healthy eats cafe on-site to support her mission, The Galley Cafe


Laura Ferro received her Bachelor of Science at Manhattan College then Laura attended Bauman Collge for Holistic Nutrition and Natural Culinary Arts in Berkeley, CA. Upon Graduating, Laura worked in San Francisco as a personal chef to clients through out the Bay Area. Laura also has experience working with an organic and sustainable restaurant & catering company, doing private events through out the city. Laura soon after received her Health Coach Certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is affiliated and board certified with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
